Performance Advantages
Employing a three- or four-axis independently driven disc assembly, each axis's speed is independently adjustable, achieving efficient screening through differential shearing and scattering actions.

Working Principle
Stage 1: Uniform feeding. The shredded mixture is evenly distributed across the entire screening width of the disc screen by a uniform conveyor.
Stage 2: Multi-stage differential speed screening . The material enters the multi-axis, differently rotating disc zone. Smaller particles fall through the gaps between the discs, while larger particles are conveyed forward by the differential speed of the discs.
Stage 3: Automatic sorting oversized and substandard materials are identified and guided to the return outlet.
