Performance Advantages
Utilizing surface-coated polyester needle-punched felt filter bags, achieving a filtration accuracy of 0.1μm and an emission concentration ≤10mg/m³, exceeding national emission standards.
Equipped with a PLC-controlled pulse jet cleaning system, it intelligently adjusts the cleaning frequency and intensity based on pressure differential changes, ensuring long-term high-efficiency operation of the filter bags.
Adopting low-pressure pulse technology, it saves over 30% more energy than traditional reverse-air dust collection.
Working Principle
Stage 1: Dust-laden Gas Collection
Dust-laden gas from each dust-generating point is drawn into the dust collector under negative pressure through a sealed hood, suction hood, and piping system.
Stage 2: Pre-separation Treatment
Dust-laden gas enters the settling chamber, where large dust particles are initially separated under gravity.
Stage 3: High-Efficiency Filtration
Gas enters the filtration chamber, passing through the outer surface of the filter bags. Dust is trapped on the outside of the filter bags, while clean gas passes through the filter bags into the clean air chamber.
Stage 4: Intelligent Cleaning
When dust accumulates on the surface of the filter bags to a set thickness, the differential pressure sensor sends a signal, and the PLC control system initiates the cleaning program.
Stage 5: Pulse Jet Cleaning
The electromagnetic pulse valve opens instantaneously, and compressed air is injected into the filter bags through the jet pipe, causing the filter bags to expand and shake instantly, dislodging the dust.
Stage 6: Dust Collection
The dislodged dust falls into the ash hopper and is periodically discharged through a star-shaped ash discharge valve.
Stage 7: Clean Emission
The purified gas is discharged through a chimney by a fan, meeting emission standards.
