Applications:
Tire Rubber Granules: Mixtures from passenger car tires, truck tires, etc., after crushing and steel wire separation (particle size typically 5-20mm)
Fiber Rubber Mixture: Rubber granules containing nylon, polyester, and other cord fibers
Pre-process Incoming Material: Intermediate product after coarse crushing, fine crushing, and magnetic separation, with fibers fully exposed
Performance Advantages
Employing a three-stage separation process combining gravity air separation, centrifugal separation, and electrostatic assistance, the system achieves precise separation of fibers with different specific gravities and shapes, increasing separation efficiency by 40% compared to traditional single-stage separation.
Equipped with a variable frequency speed-regulating fan and intelligent airflow regulating valve, the system automatically adjusts the airflow speed and direction at each stage according to material characteristics, ensuring optimal separation results.
An innovative high-frequency vibrating screen combined with an airflow backflushing cleaning system effectively prevents fiber entanglement and screen clogging, ensuring continuous and stable operation.
Optimized system airflow circuit, heat energy recovery and utilization rate reaches over 30%; operating noise is below 78dB(A), and dust emission concentration is ≤10mg/m³.
Independent collection of fibers, rubber particles, and micro-powder in three channels, with a collection purity of up to 95%, allowing for direct packaging or transfer to the next process.
Working Principle
Stage 1: Uniform Material Distribution
The pre-treated mixture is uniformly fed into the primary separation chamber via a quantitative feeder.
Stage 2: Gravity Air Separation
In a controlled airflow field, the difference in specific gravity between fibers and rubber is used for initial separation; the lighter fibers are carried upwards by the airflow.
Stage 3: Centrifugal Separation
The material enters a high-speed centrifugal separator. Under strong centrifugal force, fibers and rubber undergo secondary separation due to differences in shape and elasticity.
Stage 4: Screening and Purification
The separated fibers pass through a high-frequency vibrating screen to remove entrained fine rubber particles, improving fiber purity.
