Working Principle
Tire Fixing: The entire OTR tire is placed horizontally on the rotating platform and securely fixed by a hydraulic clamping device.
Precise Positioning: The operator sets the cutting position (usually at the junction of the bead and the tire carcass) via the control panel, and the cutting head automatically positions itself to the optimal cutting point.
Rotary Cutting: The cutting disc rotates at high speed driven by a high-speed hydraulic motor. The hydraulic system pushes the cutting head to smoothly cut into the bead area. Simultaneously, the rotating platform slowly rotates the tire, achieving continuous 360-degree cutting.
Depth Control: An advanced sensor system monitors the cutting depth in real time, ensuring precise cutting to the steel wire layer without damaging the usable tire carcass.
Automatic Separation: After cutting, the bead portion automatically separates and is conveyed out by a conveyor, while the tire carcass remains on the platform for further processing.
