Applications:
Tire Shredded Material: Shredded rubber blocks (50mm particle size) from passenger car and truck tires
Steel Wire Radial Tire Material: Shredded tire material from various tires with a steel wire content of 15%-30%
Rubber and Steel Wire Mixture: A mixture of rubber and steel wire from the previous crushing process.
Performance Advantages
Utilizing a triple separation technology of vibration screening, magnetic separation, and airflow separation, this system ensures thorough separation of steel wires.
Equipped with a high-power magnetic belt conveyor, the magnetic field strength can reach over 5000 Gauss, achieving a steel wire recovery rate exceeding 97%.
Integrated PLC automatic control system monitors equipment operating status in real time.
Key components feature quick-release connections, significantly reducing maintenance time.
Fully enclosed design ensures dust emissions meet environmental standards.
Working Principle
Rubber steel wire separators in waste tire recycling equipment primarily use physical methods such as mechanical shearing, impact crushing, and magnetic separation to efficiently separate steel wires from rubber in tires. In a complete tire recycling line, the steel wire separator is usually located after the shredder, processing the coarsely crushed rubber blocks.
