Applications:
Tire Recycling Pre-treatment Line: As the first step, shreds whole tires into 50-150mm rubber blocks.
Steel Wire Separation Pre-treatment: Provides ideal feed size for the steel wire separator.
Tire Derivative Fuel (TDF) Preparation: Produces tire shredded material that meets specifications.
Thermal Pyrolysis Pre-treatment: Provides uniform raw material blocks for the pyrolysis equipment.
Performance Advantages
Equipped with a dual-motor independent drive system, transmitting ultra-high torque through a hardened gear reducer, providing powerful shearing force capable of easily tearing even the toughest steel radial tires.
The blades are made of CrNiMoV special alloy steel, treated with vacuum heat treatment and surface strengthening, resulting in high hardness, strong wear resistance, and a service life more than 3 times longer than ordinary blades.
Integrated with a PLC automatic control system, it features reverse rotation protection, overload protection, and intelligent lubrication functions, monitoring equipment operating status in real time to ensure safe and stable operation.
Adopts a low-speed, high-torque operating mode (15-40 rpm), resulting in low noise, low vibration, and low energy consumption, saving over 30% energy compared to high-speed crushers.
The discharge port is equipped with a replaceable screen with apertures ranging from 30mm to 150mm, allowing for flexible adjustment of the discharge size to meet specific needs.
Working Principle
Step 1: Hydraulic Feeding
The entire tire is forcibly pushed into the shredding chamber by a hydraulic feeding system, ensuring continuous and stable feeding.
Step 2: Dual-Shaft Shearing and Shredding
Two opposing rotating cutter shafts work together with staggered moving blades to perform a combined shearing, tearing, and stretching action on the tire.
Step 3: Size Control and Screening
The shredded material passes through a bottom screen. Rubber blocks that meet size requirements fall through the screen holes, while oversized pieces continue to be shredded inside the chamber.
Step 4: Intelligent Reverse Obstacle Clearing
When encountering overly hard materials, the control system automatically initiates a reverse-forward rotation program to automatically clear the obstruction, requiring no manual intervention.
Step 5: Discharge Conveying
The shredded rubber blocks that meet the requirements are transported to the next process via a discharge conveyor, completing the entire shredding process.
