Processing of Manual Tire Recycling Line

Step 1: Tire Steel Wire Removal
Push the tire into a manual/semi-automatic steel wire removal machine. Using a hydraulic or lever-assisted system, the steel wires in the tire bead are completely separated.
Step 2: Step-by-Step Cutting
Tire Bead Cutting Machine: With manual assistance, the tire with the steel wires removed is cut into rings.
Tire Strip Cutting Machine: Cuts the tire rings into strips 2-5 cm wide.
Tire Block Cutting Machine: Cuts the tire strips into blocks 2-5 cm long.
Step 3: Rubber Granulation
The cut rubber blocks are fed into a manual feed pelletizer. Through mechanical pressure or shearing, they are processed into uniform rubber granules of 5-20 mm.
