Overview of TDF(Tire-Derived Fuel)

Tire-derived fuel (TDF) is a high-calorific-value fuel obtained through the physical processing of waste tires. The widespread use of TDF can not only effectively solve the environmental problems caused by waste tires but also provide an economical and reliable energy option for industrial facilities such as cement plants and power plants.

Shredding and deep processing of TDF

Step 1: Steel Wire Removal Processing
Waste tires first enter tire steel wire removal machine to effectively separate the steel wire rings from the tread steel wires.
Step 2: Tire Cutting and Disassembly
After the steel wires have been removed, the tires enter the tire cutting machine and are cut into uniform strips or blocks, preparing them for the next shredding process.
Step 3: Material Conveying
The cut tire fragments are conveyed to the next process via a conveying device.
Step 4: Fine Shredding Process
The tire shredder further processes the tire fragments into uniformly sized TDF fuel pellets. Through multi-stage shredding and screening, TDF products of different specifications can be produced to meet the needs of different customers.
